📋 Description

• Define and execute the strategic direction of trading, operations, and billing functions, ensuring
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, redesign workflows, eliminate redundancies, and introduce

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience in investment operations, trading, wealth
• Demonstrated experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to develop senior
• Deep knowledge of trading operations, investment platform administration, portfolio accounting
• Strong understanding of fiduciary standards, regulatory compliance, operational controls
• Proven success driving operational transformation, process redesign, automation, and scalable
• Experience establishing operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and measurement frameworks to
