📋 Description

• Lead healthcare-focused financial analysis across transaction advisory engagements, including
• Evaluate healthcare-specific financial drivers such as payor mix, reimbursement structures, revenue
• Identify adjustments and financial trends that may affect normalized earnings and help transaction
• Direct the day-to-day activities of Senior Associates and Associates by assigning work, reviewing
• Manage engagement data rooms, monitor incoming documentation, maintain open request lists, and
• Draft sections of financial due diligence reports under Director guidance, translating analytical

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or public accounting, with
• Strong understanding of healthcare financial mechanics, including payor mix, reimbursement models
• Hands-on experience performing quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments
• Ability to interpret healthcare financial statements with an understanding of the operational
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an active CPA license or progress
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce accurate, structured, and review-ready financial

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $133,000–$173,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, education, and
