🎯 Requirements

Proven senior TRM leadership with direct P&L ownership.
Deep TRM software and services expertise with commercialization.
Experience leading global TRM org including quota-carrying sales teams.
Strong enterprise sales: pipeline, deals, forecasting, revenue attainment.
Translate strategy into execution with disciplined operating cadence.
Experience managing business performance, forecasting, and metrics.
Executive presence with action bias and stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
