Vice President- Underwriter, Servicing

📋 Description

• Perform/oversee underwriting of transactions and consents.
• Manage underwriting of complex/high-profile transactions.
• Ensure deals follow loan docs, GSE guides, and servicing terms.
• Oversee lender consent process internal/external.
• Maintain pipeline of 25–35 transactions per Servicing.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in commercial real estate finance and servicing.
• Strong written, oral, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical, research, and time management.
• Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
