🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years UX/Product Design, with 5+ years in VP-level leadership in SaaS.
• Deep experience in B2B Revenue, CRM, or Sales Technology.
• Proven track record shipping AI-native products.
• Able to oscillate between high-level blue-sky strategy and design-system details.
• Experience applying design thinking and agile UX at scale.
