Vice President, UX

📋 Description

• Lead a distributed UX team across US and Taiwan, aligning growth.
• Define and drive the UX vision across Netskope products and workflows.
• Lead AI-powered design initiatives, embedding AI into design practice.
• Partner with CPO, Product, and Engineering to align strategy with business goals.
• Build a culture of openness, curiosity, and high craft; develop talent ladders.
• Embed research throughout product development as a de-risking tool.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years UX experience, with 4+ years leading design managers/senior ICs.
• Experience leading UX for complex enterprise products; cybersecurity or networking a plus.
• Proven track record driving design strategy and roadmap influence at VP/Director level; KPIs.
• Experience building org structures, career ladders, and business case for design investment.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with Figma and Claude Code; DesignOps experience and community engagement a plus.
• Active, hands-on engagement with AI tools in design/research; AI-integrated practice a plus.
