📋 Description

• Advise clients on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and contracting strategies
• Develop recommendations for pricing and contracting approaches
• Incorporate value-based principles into payer and manufacturer strategies
• Identify practical, compliant solutions to access challenges
• Assess implications of reinsurance arrangements, legislative developments, government pricing
• Collaborate with client teams across Pricing and Contracting, Payer Marketing, Market Access Field

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a healthcare customer-side environment
• Extensive practical knowledge of the U.S. market access landscape
• Demonstrated success in developing or supporting strategies that overcome reimbursement barriers
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels
• Proven experience with pricing and contracting strategies for retail and specialty products
• Knowledge of government pricing program regulations, requirements, and operational processes
