Vice President, Warehouse Operations and Logistics

📋 Description

• Lead Trace3's national warehouse, shipping, logistics, and integration services.
• Own daily ops across all warehouses and customer orders.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and operating discipline for the network.
• Lead managers across warehouses, logistics, and integration; coordinate with sales.
• Determine internal vs 3PL capacity; implement repeatable planning.
• Educate staff on systems/tools; oversee relocations, expansions, and M&A integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in shipping and logistics with multi-site warehouse leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college.
• Experience building KPI scorecards and metrics for a warehouse network.
• Experience evaluating/managing 3PL partnerships; contract negotiation and SLA management.
• Experience with international shipping, VAT taxes, and customs.
• Experience leading relocations, expansions, or M&A integrations.
