Support end-to-end video production with the creative team: brainstorm, storyboard, refine scripts.
Assist live production setups: configure and break down camera, lighting, and audio gear.
Handle post-production workflows: rough cuts, color, audio balance, and basic visuals.
Organize and archive media assets; log footage and exports in Google Workspace.
Adapt and resize assets for multiple formats and aspect ratios.
Commit to a 12-week internship; in-office Austin 3-5 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with editing software; strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Foundational knowledge of video production: composition, exposure, lighting, and clean audio.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong collaborative communication within cross-functional teams.
Portfolio/demo reel showcasing editing style and storytelling.
Nice-to-have: basic motion graphics using Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop).
