• Own the end-to-end video content pipeline from idea to optimization
• Develop titles, thumbnails, and packaging to boost reach
• Write scripts translating complex Bitcoin/economics concepts
• Create hooks to sustain viewer engagement across videos
• Collaborate with production, marketing, researchers, and leadership
• Monitor YouTube metrics and refine content based on data

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success growing a YouTube or other video channel
• Strong expertise in video content strategy and scripting
• Deep understanding of YouTube CTR, retention, and viewer behavior
• Exceptional writing and storytelling for complex topics
• Knowledge of Bitcoin from an economic perspective
• Ability to develop compelling hooks and narrative structures
