• Develop YouTube-first formats aligned with Purdue Global's mission and voice
• Write scripts, concepts, outlines, and production plans
• Run production logistics end-to-end
• Direct hosts, students, faculty, and guests to capture authentic performances
• Partner with editors to shape story structure and pacing
• Collaborate with strategists and marketing to align videos with goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing and directing YouTube or digital-first content
• Strong portfolio showing storytelling and creative leadership
• Strong writing skills from scripts to outlines to thumbnail and title concepts
• Experience leading productions from concept through final delivery
• Excellent interviewing and directing skills; put talent at ease on camera
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple productions
