• Portfolio showing strong editing across formats (YouTube, short form, podcasts).
• Sharp sense of pacing, structure, and story.
• Comfort with editing, animation, and design.
• Fluency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.
• Experience using AI tools for video creation.
• Ability to create custom scripts and leverage AI to automate pipeline tasks.
