🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a video editor in TV, digital or sport.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Audition and Media Encoder.
Ability to edit quickly and accurately under pressure.
Understanding of social-first formats (vertical, square, widescreen).
Excellent sense of rhythm, pacing and storytelling.
