📋 Description

• Own end-to-end post-production for advisory testimonials and workshop footage.
• Turn raw footage into polished testimonial ads, VSLs, and assets at high volume.
• Intake and triage footage against ad formats and marketing priorities.
• Maintain a backlog of ready-to-publish assets for AP marketing.
• Operate AI short-form pipeline; use AI tools for rough cuts and captions.
• Ensure direct-response hooks, pacing, and CTAs in edits.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years video editing; portfolio with direct-response ads/testimonials.
• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools and automated workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus.
• Experience editing testimonial/interview/event footage at volume.
• Knowledge of direct-response ad structure: hooks, stacking, CTAs.
• Comfort with project management tools like Monday.com.
