• Edit high-converting Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) for DTC e-commerce
• Create VSL-style and UGC-style creatives for paid acquisition
• Turn briefs and raw assets into conversion-focused creatives
• Follow SOPs/workflows; collaborate with creative and marketing teams
• Iterate on hooks and concepts to support testing
• Scale top-performing creatives with fast, high-quality execution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing DTC e-commerce ads
• Hands-on experience creating Meta-focused paid social creatives
• Portfolio showing performance-style ad work
• Strong understanding of direct-response editing
• Knowledge of hook creation and hook psychology
• VSL structure and UGC pacing/retention techniques
