• Edit finished short-form video ads from written briefs and raw footage, delivering strong hooks
• Optimize edits for viewer retention and conversion, prioritizing creative performance and audience
• Resize, reframe, and adapt concepts into multiple versions for cold acquisition, consideration, and

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in video editing or digital creative production.
• Demonstrated experience editing short-form direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising content for paid
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Advanced skills in captioning, motion graphics, sound design, pacing, and short-form storytelling.
• Proven ability to work efficiently at high volume and maintain consistent quality under a
