🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form digital video content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, visual creativity, and audience engagement.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional video editing software.
• Experience editing interviews, contributor footage, voiceovers, music, graphics, captions, and
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, video formats, audience retention strategies, and
• Excellent visual judgment with attention to detail across video, audio, graphics, and text.
