🎯 Requirements

• Strong Linux administration: install software, configure systems, troubleshoot.
• Experience with video encoding technologies (HEVC required; others a plus).
• Familiarity with IP video delivery concepts and multicast networking.
• Experience with VMAF and SIMMWAVE preferred.
• Ability to connect encoders to packagers and troubleshoot workflows.
• Hands-on, self-starter attitude with ability to work independently.
