📋 Description

• Edit and produce longform video episodes for platforms like YouTube, ensuring strong pacing
• Create platform-native shortform video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
• Design and implement scalable visual elements (motion graphics, captions, lower-thirds, etc.) that
• Manage and mentor freelance editors and designers, assigning work, giving creative feedback, and
• Write and edit scripts as needed in collaboration with hosts/show teams, contributing to the

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in digital video production, with a track record of success creating
• Demonstrated ability to produce both longform and shortform video content, especially for
• Strong editing expertise in Adobe Premiere.
• Motion design and graphics capabilities in After Effects or similar tools.
• Experience managing freelancers or vendors, and clear creative direction that ensures timely
• Excellent editorial instincts and news judgement.
