Video Producer (Talent and Learning)

📋 Description

• Plan and execute end-to-end video productions for Talent Development
• Leverage Generative AI tools (AI voiceovers, transcription, editing)
• Create engaging content across platforms to boost learning retention
• Direct in-studio and on-location videography; coach talent
• Maintain asset library and content engagement dashboards
• Collaborate with Talent Development and other teams; occasional travel

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 3–5 years in video production (storyboard, audio, lighting, camera)
• Knowledge: Simplify complex ideas; interest in AI tools
• Skills: Premiere Pro; After Effects; Blackmagic camera; color theory
• Bonus: On-set shoots; media asset management experience
• Bonus: Agency or in-house tech environment experience; strong storytelling
