Provide technical support for VTC issues for staff and DoD users.
Ensure USFF remains 98%+ operational and compliant with AV/VTC standards.
Schedule and facilitate VTC systems within USFF HQ and partner DoD orgs.
Analyze and recommend VTC repairs and upgrades for efficiency and interoperability.

🎯 Requirements

In-depth knowledge of VTC operations, devices, standards.
In-depth knowledge of DoD/DON VTC concepts and procedures.
Ability to operate highly complex VTC systems.
In-depth skill to evaluate new equipment for VTC functions.
5+ years active DoD VTC call management experience.
Active Secret clearance and CompTIA SEC+.
