📋 Description

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention
• Take principal accountability for performance tuning and platform success, continuously optimizing
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring assets are natively optimized
• Stay up to date with platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques
• Bring ideas to the table and actively participate in ideation, while recognizing that the core

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making content
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably within advertising, digital media, or a related
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and
• Extraordinary content creation skills with the ability to execute from start to finish, including
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and performance metrics.
• Responsible, accountable, and a self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
