Face-to-face interactions with VIP players where appropriate

🎯 Requirements

Fluent English; Spanish a strong plus
iGaming experience in online Casino/Sportsbook
Proven VIP Account Manager or similar high-touch role
Strong commercial mindset; adept at upsell/cross-sell
Data-driven with KPI targets; customer empathy
Willingness to travel; able to work independently
