VIP Relationship Manager, Poland

📋 Description

• Drive trading volume and maximize AUM in Europe via onboarding/retention of VIP clients.
• Maintain proactive relationships with HNWI, family offices, and VIP clients across Europe.
• Lead partnerships in Europe—identify partners and negotiate to expand reach and revenue streams.
• Formulate a revenue strategy for Europe and gather client feedback with product teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory/KYC/AML requirements and reporting.
• Represent OKX as a brand ambassador and communicate value to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in VIP business development & account management in crypto/fintech (Poland/CEE preferred).
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional CEE languages a plus.
• Deep knowledge of crypto products and trading platforms.
• MiCA/MFSA, AML/KYC, EDD, cross-border licensing knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with VIPs.
• Data-driven with KPI achievement and revenue optimization.
