Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Consultant

📋 Description

• Oversee onboarding and adoption support for NavVis SMB customers.
• Act as trusted advisor, building relationships with key accounts.
• Lead high-touch activities: calls, service reviews, enablement.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and growth.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Track account health metrics and drive improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B customer success, account management, or consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Geosystems, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with geospatial or AEC industries (experience at leading companies is a plus).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to build relationships and address technical needs.
• Experience with NavVis hardware and software is a plus.
