📋 Description

• Plan and execute virtual events and webinars globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape event content and agendas.
• Manage event promotion, registration, and follow-up workflows with Marketing Ops and Campaigns.
• Monitor live events to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot issues.
• Track event performance and compile post-event reports.
• Maintain event calendars, documentation, and best practices for consistency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, or webinar production.
• Proficiency with Zoom, ON24, Cvent, Goldcast.
• Familiar with Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with experience analyzing event performance and optimizing results.
