🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of blood banking or clinical tech in donor/patient roles, plus relevant training.
• Experience with virtual/online learning and engaging virtual environments.
• Strong command of virtual classroom tech: video conferencing and multimedia.
• Proficiency with LMS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners.
