📋 Description

• Continuously monitor assigned patients remotely through a centralized telemonitoring system
• Maintain focused visual observation and identify patient behaviors or changes that could indicate a
• Verbally redirect patients through a digital two-way audio system when appropriate
• Immediately notify or summon nursing staff when a patient requires assistance
• Prioritize simultaneous patient situations and respond promptly
• Participate in shift handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• General knowledge of hospital or healthcare environments
• Ability to monitor up to approximately 15 patients on a single screen
• Strong attention to detail and concentration
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients using microphone and headset
• Ability to communicate quickly and accurately with nursing staff
