📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population through virtual consultations
• Serve as supervising physician for nurse practitioners under collaborative practice agreements
• Support initiatives focused on total cost of care, manage high-complexity patients, promote
• Participate in peer reviews, chart audits, quality improvement activities, and clinical performance
• Use population health data, quality metrics, and care gap reports to identify opportunities for
• Contribute to the creation, implementation, and continuous refinement of evidence-based clinical

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• At least five years of experience practicing in a primary care setting, with demonstrated ability
• Current board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted physician license in Massachusetts. Licensure across 35 or more additional
• Must reside in the United States and be able to maintain the required multistate licensure.
