🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in an IT business-related role working with C‑level and IT management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MSP experience and CHPSE certification preferred.
• Knowledge/experience with CHPSE, HIPAA/privacy security; ConnectWise and PMP preferred.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, define project/service requirements, and work with
• Experience with healthcare technology, vendor management, budgeting, and solution pricing concepts.
