📋 Description

• Hybrid role, based out of Abacus offices
• Lead strategic technology initiatives in healthcare with clients
• Advise on trends, budgets, and transformational initiatives
• Collaborate with Solution Design, Client Success, and Sales teams
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Maintain awareness of healthcare regulations and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
• 5+ years IT/Business role with C-level exposure
• Healthcare/ HIPAA experience and CHPSE preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Experience with vendor management, pricing, and project planning
• Proven ability to design and oversee strategic initiatives
