📋 Description

• Manage licensing activities for medical professionals while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining
• Gather information and conduct online research into state-specific licensing requirements and
• Build and maintain professional relationships with state licensing boards to facilitate efficient
• Ensure all licensing activities are completed proactively and in accordance with established team
• Provide timely, professional customer service through written and verbal communication with medical
• Deliver consistent and thorough updates on licensing progress, requirements, and potential issues.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; preferred
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary systems
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable
• Ability to work accurately following established procedures
