📋 Description

• Own the evolution of Mercor’s brand identity across external and internal touchpoints (campaigns
• Translate complex ideas about AI, talent, and work into clear visual systems
• Create polished brand assets: landing pages, decks, social graphics, ads, illustrations, event
• Develop and maintain a distinctive, modern visual language
• Collaborate with marketing, product, recruiting, and leadership to bring Mercor’s story to life
• Help build a scalable brand system, templates, and guidelines for consistent growth

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, brand systems, typography, layout, and
• Passion for distinctive, polished, culturally relevant brands
• 4+ years in brand/visual/graphic design in fast-moving environments
• Experience designing across web, social, campaigns, decks, and marketing surfaces
• Ability to operate autonomously and turn ambiguous ideas into creative work
• Strong taste, attention to detail, and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
