Visual/Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Own Mercor's brand identity across all touchpoints (campaigns, web, social, events)
• Translate AI, talent, and work ideas into clear visual systems
• Create polished brand assets: landing pages, decks, social graphics, ads
• Develop and maintain a distinctive, modern visual language
• Partner with marketing, product, recruiting, and leadership across channels
• Build a scalable brand system, templates, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing exceptional visual design, brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling
• Passion for distinctive, polished branding
• 4+ years in brand/visual/graphic design in startups, agencies, or high-bar teams
• Experience designing for web, social, campaigns, and marketing surfaces
• Autonomous, able to turn ambiguous ideas into great creative work
• Strong taste and attention to detail; move fast without sacrificing quality
