Visual Design Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the visual design direction across complex digital products, platforms, and experiences
• Lead, mentor, and provide creative direction to visual designers throughout the design process
• Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components that support
• Translate broader product and platform goals into thoughtful, high-quality visual solutions that
• Partner closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Creative teams to develop solutions that work
• Apply systems thinking across detailed UI execution while maintaining awareness of broader product

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products and experiences across web, mobile, and
• Proven experience leading and mentoring visual design teams, providing creative direction, and
• Strong expertise in creating, evolving, and maintaining scalable Design Systems and reusable UI
• Experience working across complex product ecosystems in close partnership with Product, UX, and
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to balance detailed UI execution with broader product
• Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, usability, and user-centered design

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $106,000–$135,000 USD, with placement within the range depending on experience
