• 8+ years design experience; portfolio across brand systems.
• Hands-on range: motion, 3D, illustration, env/event design; coding not required.
• Systems-minded: design components and patterns within a broader system.
• Shaped launch moments and brand surfaces under deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineers; design becomes production code.
