📋 Description

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook
• Determine additional commercial opportunities in-store within H&M brand guidelines
• Execute floor moves based on joint discussions with Department Manager
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends
• Share, inspire and educate store team on seasonal trend information, campaigns, and brand standards
• Ensure customer expectations on direct service are met

🎯 Requirements

• Inclusive, positive, creative, willing to learn
• Passionate for customer service
• Multi-tasker in fast-paced environment with eye for detail
• 1-2+ years transferrable experience; previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, carry items
