Visual Lead

📋 Description

• Lead visual merchandising and store operations to drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with Management, Operations and Visual Managers to delegate work and provide feedback.
• Maintain dynamic product presentation, stock levels, and floor plans; perform floor changes as
• Plan visual changes with budgets and timelines to meet business needs.
• Move across sales floor and back-of-house to ensure store cleanliness and inviting ambiance.
• Open and close store operations per schedule, including weekend shifts during peak seasons.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership with coaching and development of Associates
• Strong written and interpersonal communications
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and adapt visual direction
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership
