📋 Description

• Lead store ops: shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment
• Maintain strategic product presentation with Visual Manager
• Plan floor changes and floor sets; coordinate with payroll and business needs
• Move dynamically on retail floor to assess guest experience
• Lead and coach Associates; recruit and develop talent
• Utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities and manage budgets

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Strong business acumen; use metrics to drive strategy
• Experience with inventory control and merchandising
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends
