📋 Description

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring recovery, restock, destock
• Plan visual floor changes with the management team through payroll management, adapting zones and
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs
• Lead by example; inspire staff in daily operations, guest experience, and visual standards
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through to meeting company expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making and staff development
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to open/close shifts and weekend work; ability to work through peak periods
• Demonstrated ability to move dynamically on the retail floor and drive business outcomes
