• Lead critical ops: shipment, receiving, processing
• Manage floor replenishment and stock moves
• Plan and execute visual floor changes with Visual Manager
• Maintain product presentation per directives
• Optimize store operations to drive sales and profitability
• Coach and develop store associates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Proven leadership with strong decision making
• Self-motivated, energetic team player
• Able to manage time, priorities, budgets
• Open availability; weekends and Blackout period
