• Drive sales and profitability via Visual Merchandising
• Collaborate with Visual Manager to plan, delegate, and review work
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising standards
• Plan visual floor changes, floor sets, and inventory control
• Lead and develop Associates; manage staffing and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-focused retail or sales environment
• Proven leadership and team development
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong visual merchandising and product presentation
• Experience with budgets, reporting and scheduling
• Collaborates with Operations and Visual teams
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
