📋 Description

• Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, and processing
• Lead Visual Merchandising in partnership with Visual Manager
• Maintain product presentation, recovery, restock, and floor changes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business, guests, and teams
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience
• Collaborate with leadership on training and staffing

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years client-centric sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• 2+ years in fast-paced retail environment
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Experience recruiting and developing talent
• Job Level: Associate
