🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Strong visual merchandising and product presentation skills.
• Experience with budgeting and store operations.
• Comfortable with open/close and schedule flexibility.
