📋 Description

• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain product presentation; restock and destock per directive.
• Plan visual floor changes with Visual Manager within budgets and timelines.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and guest experience.
• Lead, coach Associates; support recruiting and development.
• Open and close the store per visual standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong merchandising, floor planning and visual presentation skills.
• Experience with reporting/analytics to drive opportunities.
• Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and peak periods.
