Visual Lead - Old Orchard

📋 Description

• Lead Visual Merchandising to drive store sales and profitability.
• Partner with Visual Manager and Operations to execute store initiatives.
• Manage operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with the Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes and adapt to business needs, including payroll and budgets.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support the team and guests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High energy, upbeat, enthusiastic; blends fun with work.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results; team player.
