📋 Description

• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation to drive sales and profitability.
• Partner with Management, Operations, and Visual Managers to delegate tasks and improve store
• Oversee visual floor sets, product presentation, and inventory flow to maximize opportunities.
• Plan and execute visual changes with budgets and timelines in collaboration with leadership.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor; ensure guest experience aligns with brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities; manages Associates and drives performance
• Strong merchandising skills; maintains visual standards and product presentation
• Experience with budgets, reporting, and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work on-site
