Visual Lead - Perimeter Mall

📋 Description

• Lead visual merchandising to drive store sales and profitability.
• Partner with Management, Operations and Visual teams to execute planograms and floor sets.
• Guide team through tasks, provide feedback, and ensure store standards.
• Move across sales floor and back-of-house to keep store clean, inviting and efficient.
• Plan and implement visual floor changes aligned with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-focused, sales-driven environment
• Proven leadership, decision making and coaching ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with visual standards, budgets and inventory planning
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk long shifts
• Demonstrates ability to analyze metrics and drive opportunities
