📋 Description

• Lead Visual Merchandising to drive store sales and profitability.
• Manage shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery.
• Maintain product presentation; restock and destock with guidance.
• Plan and execute Visual floor changes with payroll and zone needs.
• Drive operations with budgets, timelines and company standards.
• Lead, coach and inspire the store team to deliver guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years retail or client-centric sales experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Receptive to feedback; able to provide guidance
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Demonstrates alignment with ALO guiding principles
• Ability to coach and develop Associates; strong people leadership
