📋 Description

• Lead store visuals and merchandising to drive sales and profitability with Visual Manager
• Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and floor
• Plan and execute visual floor changes and stock presentation in coordination with management
• Coach and develop Associates; recruit and guide talent with support from Operations & Visual
• Monitor budgets, reporting, inventory, vendor relations, and facilities to maximize efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership, decision making, and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to provide clear feedback
• High energy, enthusiastic, and able to work with a team in a retail setting
• Ability to move on retail floor, manage shifts, and support peak periods including holidays
